A property which is situated in Municipal Corporation area, is transfered from A to B by way transfer of lease by executing deed of assignment as per article 60 of Schedule-I of Bombay Stamp Act.
The property needs to be transfered from A to B in Municipal Corporation records. on the said property there is already a building and B now wants to erect another building on the same plot.
Do we have to pay development charges for this new construction if we are ready to pay transfer fee?
Are both-transfer fee and development fees are to be paid to Municipal Corporation?
Or only development charges are to be paid?
