Transfer of roperty

after the death of both parents, i have acuired their property through a Partition Deed due registered in my name.

As the property rightly belongs to the grandsons, granddaughters I want to transfer them to my 2 daughters and my son. All of them are Adults now and i want to give them equal share. What is the procedure ? The property is registered in Chennai.  I am a cancer patent and 65 years old. I want to give the property to my daughters and son before my death. Please tell me the legal procedure.

you dont need to transfer it your son and daughter because they have already natural right  on the propery because it is parental......but your son and daughter and as well grandson and grand son cannot sale the property without the consent of all of above.

I pity your position, but  still u can go for SETTLEMENT DEED favg your sons and daughters. Please note as of now grand sons and grand daughters are not eligible for any share, as their parents are alive.
