i sunny sharma want to know that how much there is posibiltity for transfer of divorce case filed by my wife from ghaziabad to ahmedabad..
i filed divorce in section 13 a on 7th may 2014
pls consider following facts
(1) in july 2013 we went for mutual concent ....first motion passed
but she didn't appear on the actual date of second motion..
finally she filed a application to take back case..saying that her streedhan was with me..and my mother father tortureed her and forcefully made her sign mutual consent
after that she and her family didnt talked to me and continously blackmailed my father for 25 lacks(cctv footage and audio recordings avaialble)
the 13 b case dismissed by court.....
after that i complaint to police for extortion and blackmailing
after developments through court FIR registered against her,,her sister sister in law mother father
she tried to malified me by went to mahila thana and file complaint against me
but when she failed to prove her stand she took back her complaint
now finaly she filed for transfer case...
she was living in ghaziabad alone for 2 yrs
before 1 month of transfer petition she left for ahmedabad
