Dear Sir, I am receiving threats regarding kidnapping of mine or family members, demand of ransom not less than 10 lacks, threats regarding killing me on mobile since 10-11 months. Earlier two separate attempts of kidnapping of my family members one from house and another from road were made. Huge number of blank calls are also being made from 7-8 different mobile numbers at any time including late night disrupting my complete peace and wellbeing since long.
Sir, I wish to know from you that what sections of IPC/CrPC can be implicated against above complaint?
