We the Farmers of a Small Village offered for Sale of our Agricultural Land Land of 10 Acres to redeem our URGENT Family Commitments. The Total Sale consideration is above 1 Crore. He has promised to Get it Registered with in a Month's Time. and Promised to Pay an amount of Rs.25% within a Week. Bu8t he got the Agreement by keeping Three Months Time. and stated that the Time Clause is only a formal and will get it dine within a Month. So far he has paid an amount of Rs.10 Lakhs only and not responding for our several Oral requests. In the similar manner he has done to another Farmer also. Being sold our Debtors are Pressuring for Payment. Because he has done the same thing to TWO Poor Farmers, is it a Fit case to file a Criminal Case against the Purchaser, because he has cheated TWO Poor Farmers.
