@ Aneesh you have done nothing wrong therefore you should not worry about such issues. Let her talk whatever she wants to talk sometimes they wait until you get aggravated and then do something stupid or silly and then holding that issue they move forward. Burden lies on her to prove that marriage happened under influence. Next question will be call the person who witnessed you during marriage and also the registrar who processed your marriage ceremony this is not easy for her to prove.

Above words stated by your attorney are bitter but it's almost equal to biting a bullet just bare with it. Sometimes when victims like us approach lawyers they talk what we want to hear all those promises made by them stays until a payment is made and then they don't even bother answering our phone calls afterwards. Lastly they keep us hanging by making above statements. Just ask yourself if you wanted to hear above words from your lawyer did you really need a lawyer to fight your case further ? Honestly the place where i belong from i have heard that since 1984 there is not even a single appeal by lawyers in that court either cases are defaulted lastly ending in settlement. There are very few lawyers nowadays interested to help their clients in appealing or arguing if a client is more wealthy or if they feel that opposition is wealthy they try to drag issue as much as they can but in case if nothing works and if they get bored from their client realizing that they won't be able to extract money then words such as "Court are girl's side only" come out. Just gather some guts and represent yourself in court if you don't have faith in your lawyer. Everyone has different opinions and they will tell you their version of story i am just telling you what i feel ? It's upto you whether or not you want to do it just listen to yourself and do what you want to ? until you get satisfied if your mind says that you haven't done anything wrong then wait for law to decide what is right and what is wrong eventually it will be decided. Nothing so panic here take it easy.......
