Whether the property belongs to you or to the trust?  If the property is yours, what is the role of trust? Who want to sell the property?  To be explained.

If the property if of Public Trust,

Then you have to take permission from the Charity commissioner before sell of land.

Thank you for your reply Saleema ma'am and Mahesh sir, The property belongs to the trust. Its a public trust. The trustees want to sell it. I am one out of the four trustees. Is there any other formality other than obtaining permission of charity commissioner?
