According to today news in news papers justice ck Prasad team directed to all state governments not to arrest u/s 498 (a) husband, in laws and other relatives, husband brother or sisters
Okay we agree with there are some false cases lodged complaint by some wives.
But in really as per our Hindu customs and culture arranged marriages agreed by both families.
After the marriage the young lady leave her parental home with belief and having so many dreams about her future wedded life with her husband.
Some of in laws of wife saying that we don’t have any responsibility even their son and daughter in law staying with them.
And one more law also saying that after one year of the marriage they can apply for divorce.How they decided 40 – 50 years married life how can they decide in six months or one year.
Some of the most cases husband harass wife with all his family members support.
Outside people like police and court how they know and decide what happens with in the four walls.
Women’s are weak persons as per situations in our society, and also all eyes and fingers only on the divorced women.
Some of the husbands’ apply for divorce after having kids also The husbands again ready for second marriage, but in our Hindu culture wife can not.
If punishment is not in proper way for cruel husbands, the wives suffer so much in future.
Men can do any thing any time any where but women have some limits in our society and also as per birth and physical conditions also.
After filing the case u/s 498 (a) First arrest the husband because he is the main responsibility and can do the investigation by police department.
