Nature of the document not explained. What type of deed it is ? Whether it is Partnership deed or Partition deed

Contact a local advocate and show that document as contracts can be oral also, and certain types of deeds need not be registered compulsorily under law.

As per my opinion Banakhat means “ A legally binding agreement between buyer and seller of immovable property”. But Banakhat will usually include the names and identification details of the parties, descripttion of the property and other general terms. The said document is admissible in evidence. It can be filed in court, though it is an unregistered agreement,  as per Section 17 and 49 of the Registration Act, 1908 the said document can be filed in court.
