unfair Dismissal from company during probation period

Regarding the way of dismissal without any proof of allegation during probation period.

Some companies have rules in which an employee joins the company, the company has authorized to leave him without assigning any reason in his probation. The company also gives its best research paper writing services to the employes in his probation period.

If no reason is assigned and the notice period pay has either been given or prior notic in time has been given then such action of the employer is perfect and legal in case of a probationary employee.
