Sir I would like to know news and laws pertaining to malpractice during Examination in one of the paper and the examination is conducted By an Autonomous body college affiliated to Bangalore University and Coming under purivew University Grant Commission potential college For excellence. The brief note is that a girl student of III year BA in studying in an Autonomous body college in Bangalore had scribbled some Points for memorization on her arm previous night and did not take bathe/cleaned herself and went straight into examination hall next day. She was caught by an invigilator for incriminating note on the body and denied/stopped her to write examination in the first 30 minutes of the commencement. Later her hall ticket was blocked and they did not allow her to take next 4 papers slated for the following days until 20th april. 2017. Despite her ignorance and pleading by parents, the college was too harsh in barring her to take examination and has threatened her that she will be debarred for 2 years after their malpractice committee meet and take decision in first week of May. Is it fair on the part of autonomous body college to restrain a student Who had studied and paid college fee for academic year and examination Fee for university for final degree and just for one silly mistake, the whole Examination degree examnation is restricted from writing and hall ticket Blocked. Kindly highlight the regulation of education system and law pertaining to Malpractice and ways and means of coming out of this vicious circle from Autonomous body colleges in India/Bangalore.
