Update - interem maintanance cancelled

Hi Ravindra,

Could you please let us know on what basis the interim maintenance got cancelled ? We are almost at same stage with same cases :-) ...If it cant be reveal in public , then please pm me. It would be of great help.

I have 498a and DV on me. 498A pending for complainant deposition and DV pending for affidavit and proof.

That means your wife didnt produced proof and affidavit after your written reply since last one year ..isnt it ? Or she was not attending the case itself ??

Yes she has not produce yet any proof. she is attending court.

If she couldnt bring any of evidence for domestic violence case..then i think she wouldnot be able to produce any evidence in 498A case as well...
