Urgent

Sir,

My brother has a central govt emply.My brother and his wife having some misunderstading

Both are living seperately 2 years back my brother had married .She lived with my brother only 20 days

now she is staying with her parents home and she is working one private concern after marriage only.

She has studied B.tech.After one year she has filed conjugal rights

and maintenance case(crpc 125) to my brother.

Govt stopped his bonus and increment everthing.How this is possible ?Is there

any Government order to stop everything?How government stopped all? this is civil case(Intrim case)

This is not a criminal case.My brother asked but thier are saying this is Criminal

case we cant do anything

Dear Saranya,

It is for your information that any case under sec. 125 Cr.P.C. comes under the cataegory of criminal, while its proceeding are similar to the civil. However, you should contact to your local layer, who can only help you to out from this prob..

Apart from this you have to approach to the wife of your brother, to ask the diffrences and sort out the problem. Because she filed the conjugal right not any other. So it might be possiblity to resolve the issue.
