In a divorce case Can an Advocate object for any witness to be brought in for evidence from the other side?????

If the witness has no concern with the facts he can be objected i.e. on the point of relevancy to the case.

Yes. Madam is correct.  It is the relevancy that matters.  Even if the adv. does not object.

the court may, if it considers witness unnecessary.
