In a divorce case Can an Advocate object for any witness to be brought in for evidence from the other side?????
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Practicing Advocate) 06 July 2013
If the witness has no concern with the facts he can be objected i.e. on the point of relevancy to the case.
venkatesh Rao (Retired Government Servant) 06 July 2013
Yes. Madam is correct. It is the relevancy that matters. Even if the adv. does not object.
