Contact the bank immediately and further if there is credit card or ATM card fraud then you need to approach the cyber cell.

As advised correctly, you should approach your bank branch office and seek details of this debit. If it relates to debit from your Credit Card OR ATM card, then it is important that you should have already filed a complaint with the bank about missing card. If you have, then you can claim you money back, however if you have not, the bank may easily escape this liability.
