Urgent and best decision needed

Mr.Bani I filled a case by writting in different police officers,u/s3dpa( I also mentioned in the FIR, that, though this letter should not be considered as admission of taking dowry)

In this case we have lost everything.Pls suggest what case can we file against injustice & op?

The trial starts from 02.07.15 at district court and it is ordered to expedite the trial.

Charges framed on that day 02.07.15

File RTI with your questions to the Public Information Officer C/o, Office of Sprt of Police

Regarding any bank transaction of money given/taken and all of your queries. 

You can file Writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or Writ of Certiorari and/or Writ of Prohibition and /or any Other Writ or Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions under Article 226 and Indian Evidence Act stating that the IO filed false CS based on false and concocted stories in FIR and without any investigation and evidence. IF the statement that the IO has collected is not signed by any witness then these are not any valid evidence as per the sec 80 of the said act.

So the STATE has violated your fundamental rights as per Article 14, 15 and 21 of Indian Constitution.

Do this in-person.

Be the solution rather depending on anybody.

I filed RTI (u/s 7) before 6 mnts and now this is pending with SIC.
