Urgent help needed on judgement reference for stridhan case

Hi,

Need help on judgement reference for written argument. I got decree on section 9 HMA. Wife got divorce under  under section 13 as exparte order. Her maintenance case under 125 got rejected.  I have heard that section 27 will not be applicable if it is not decided during any matrimonial case. Divorce is granted around 18 months ago. Wife did not clalimed anything regarding stridhan during the execution of section 13 case. 

Could you please share any judgement matching to my case?
