After sending 3 RCR notice, my in law side never showup to the court..They never respond any notice (to home and from court).. then their court replied to our court (where RCR filed) that although they were at their house but intentionally they did not respond the court letter..
Now when I requested to my advocate for experty, he say that we have to attend two date. 1. to request to court (magistrate with all detail that we already sent 3 notice to my wife).. 2. and in next date will be for experty decree..
My question is that:
1. Is it really need to attend two day before experty?
2. Can my inlaw side appear in such date and tell some thing?
3. As we almost separated for 1 year 11 month (only in between she came to my home for 3 days and she quarrel and took her all materials).. so for filing divorce in the ground of desertion after 1 month, can I tell that although she joined with me for 3 days, but she was not with me as husband and wife..
4. If this 3 day joining will be counted then now we are separated for only 1 year only, in such case what shall I do?
5. Recently my FIL sent a SMS that, we can solve the matter in between our two family.. but surprisely when I replied that, that will be the most welcome and please let's make a talk by which we both family will get benefited, after that again he is silent..
It this a game with me? as soon I am going to get experty, so in such case the proposal through message can help in some way later, that can he claim in court that we are going make a mutual discussion? will it effect in my RCR?
If Really he want to make a mutual talk then its very much welcome from my side.. I also like that.. but as his one uncle is police, one is advocate and another is a politician.. so seems to be they may play some game..
One plus point for me that, she is well educated, before marriage she was working, and right now also working some where (but income is around 10 K only, where as my income 2 lakhs + (in abroad).. In such case how the allemnoy matter will come to the picture?
He did some mistake during our staying period of 4 month at abroad (for that we quarrelled).. after that she is staying at her parents house at her own wish, and completely denied to join with me...
