Urgent please need clarification

DEAR SIRS,

I HAVE GIVEN MY PROPERTY AS COLLATERAL SECURITY TO MY RELATIVE, BUT HE DIDNT REPAY THE LOAN PROPERLY, NOW I GET SARFESI ACT NOTICE FROM BANK.

MY QUERY:

IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITIES BY GIVING COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM.

WHAT IS THE SECTION FOR GIVING COMPLAINT.

no, you can not file complaint against him but you can file a civil suit for damage/recovery.

Dear friend,

You can not withdraw your security by any means, only you can recover the same amount after the recovery from the bank out of your property is made. You can file a civil recovery case with damages.
