 Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 deals with the inherent powers of High court where the Code is very vague as it doesnt lay out the grounds on which the foundations of the inherent power of court lay.

What are the facts of the case / dispute, if it is not giving an examination ?

482 Cr.P.C. is inherent power of high court as well as Session Courts which deals to stop the abuse law process. in this various actions such as Quashed the FIR , providing Protection for newly married couples or other subsequent orders.
