Use of alias

Name of my wife as per school records is Parveen Kumari and nick name adapted after marriage is Neelu. Which of the two names can be used as alias in affidavits and other legal documents. Thanking Nirankar Sharma

Dear sharma ji it is ur choice which name u use.

for ur conviniece better keep her before marriage name as original name and Neelu as nick name.

affidavits are for these purposes only so feel free of in choosing any name u like.
