i have a shop rented out by my dad when he was alive 18 years back ,The problem is the agreement is made jointly in the name of the lessee< narender maniar and his brother ashok maniar> , we have taken an advance of 20000 and rent of 1400 now after increasing the rent we are getting is around 4500, The party is demanding 10 lakhs to vacate the shop iam unemployed due to my health conditions i want to vacate the shop legally because i want to set up business there ,what are the legal steps required plz help
can i get the shop legally
