One OS number for permanent injunction is pending in respect of land/house property in civil sessions judge court and the next hearing is during next month. But meanwhile I (defendant) received an interim injunction to stop the construction work which is complete till roof level (moulding also over till roof level). Now whether I can get the interim injunction vacated and what would be the best way out to vacate the interim injunction as early as possible. The roof level moulding curing is presently going on and whether it is possible to remove the supporting logs/boxes (centering mateiral) fixed for the purpose of moulding during the interim injunction period.
