Certificate by doctor is not necessary to the will. You can prove the will thru., your wittnesses.

Yes. Only wittnesses signs are necessary.

Will is just record which shows property details or any other details ,can be make by any individual,

valid will conditions.
1. signed by two witnesses one of them could be beneficary if you are hindu.
2. The will can not be done for the ancestral/inheritied property.
Correct me if i am wrong ?
