validity?   for what purpose?

1. Giving the list of legal heir of a deceased person.

2. To help the legal heirs to get things of a deceased (movable or immovable)

3. To get the benefits of the deceased person by the heirs. and many more

Legalheir Certificate is valid until and unless it is challanged and declared void by a competant civil court or withdrawn by the authority who issue it.

It helps others to ascertain the number and name of the legalheirs of a deceased.
