I had filed sec9 of HMA on 22-12-2009, my wife moved sce 24 HMA. she was adamant not to join so i withdrew my sec 9 on 07--07-2010. on 23rd aug 2010 they filed that i should not be allowed to withdraw sec 9 of HMA but she did not want to join. the judgement on her sec 24 came on 09-02-2011. the court has not given any judgement on sec 9. judges were changed in between. the judge to whom we had submitted the withdrawal petition had told that sec 24 would be valid till 07th july only. will sec 24 be valid till the date of withdrawal of case? kindly advise. on 15 sep they also filed interim maintenance under sec 125
