Validity of Stamp Paper

yes i agree with mr.Vasudevan..there are state amendments which restricts the use of stamp parer if its older than 6 months from the date of purchase.....

firstly iwould like to thank you all for having discussion on this very interesting topic.

Mr. Krishna has provided theoretical prespective, but in practical issued stamp papers have a limited life.

Even, myseld had come across this issue before collector of registration, wher he rejected my plea similar to Mr. Krishna.

Hence, refund period of value of  stamp paper is to be taken as validity of stamp papers
