Verbal Harrasment

Dear All,

I was abused by my sister's Sister-in-law in very local and regional lanuguage. My Sentence was very clean and respective, but that lady abused me to the core, that I have to switch off my mobile. My brother-in-law absconded and is leading his life with his sisters and mothers letting his 4 years son and wife in bangalore. So I called my Sister's sister-in-law to inquire about my brother-in-law, but she abused me in bad words with her brother-in-law. My Query is I need to file a leagal case for their abusive action against me. how would I file a case and under wht do i file.

Any help would be appreciated.

File a case under section 504 of Indian Penal Code,1860.

Every case of abusive language shall have to be decided in the light of the facts and circumstances of that case"- therefore, "there cannot be a general proposition that no one commits an offence under S. 504, IPC, if he merely uses abusive language against the complainant.

so, be ready for giving strong evidences.Witness,Phone recording etc.
