Last few years I been seeing your posts, you still unable to throw your wife out of your house?  There is no judgement.  You use guts.  Throw her out.  How many more years you will keep posting threads?  Be a man.  Muster up courage.

Open new document in Microsoft Word. Write title "Supreme Court of India", next line write "Judgement", after this you can write whatever you want. Wife should get no property, no money, no food, no clothing etc. etc. whatever you feel like....

Print this judgement and use for whatever purpose you need. I am guessing you want to make pickle of judgementslaugh with mustard oil and spices, I can say that such pickle tastes very good.

Since your need is URGENT, I have given remedy which is fastest.  Please give Thanks on profile of Helping Hand if you like my answer.laughlaugh

Your wife cannot claim property rights. If it is your self acquired property, you can enjoy it as you like in your life time and leave a will bequeathing the property as you like.

But your wife can claim alimoney and maintenance . If your present lawyer is unable to fight your case and he himself is aasking for judgements than it is better to appoint experienced advocate to contest to fight your case .
