Very urgent:please reply

Dear Experts..... my dv act case is pending since 2011....and later divorce filed by husband is also pending.....as of now my maintenance has not been fixed under dva ct....also under divorce case i have not submitted my w/s.... in between i went back to my matrimonial home.....i had to call the police..and police helped me also...the moment i entered my husband left the room...later wen i spoke with him he said he wants me to come with him at a rented place......its been 2 months am staying in my matrimonial home but mera husband pata nahi kahan hai...i doubt woh ghar mein hee kahin hide karke rehta hai....dv act hearing is min march....divorce hearing pe i told the judge ki main divorce nahi dena chahti..and my hubby said ki he wants me to come with him at a rented place....but i refused in front of the judge bcoz i think dats some legal tactic by my hubby..kyunki pehle woh wahin rehta tha..but suddenly mere aate sath he left the house.....

my query is

1.agar mera pati rent pe hee rahe toh kya mera right khatam ho jaega sasural mein rehne ka?? kya yeh cruelty maani jaegi meri side se??

Iska motlob yeh he deviji ki aapka pati aapse bahut santusht he aur aapko bahut chahte hain issiliye door bhgrahe hain aapse.  Cruelty nahi saabit karpaayengi aap.  It was in your hands to handle your husband, and not to make him run away from you.

2. if i step out of my matrimonial home and later if my in-laws don't let me enter so will the police help me??

Youve already tried it, now husband is not living there, now you may as well lodge a complaint in police station that husband is missing and give one photo ;-))

can also take services of FM and ask them to keep shouting whole day "mera pati missing he" :-))

 
3.how long a contested divorce case takes??

It depends on how adamant you both are !
4.will i still get maintenance under dv act ?? or will the judge direct me to work ??

Aha, see you care about house, maintenance, and not your husband and you are concerned that judge will ask you to work. He may suggest you to work, But then you can ask him to give an appointment for you to speak to him, and come out and say he tried to rape me and file one complaint aginst the judge [as he asked you to work] :-))

5.if i shift to a rented place with my hubby..am sure he will leave me der also..den will i still b able to enter my matrimonial home?

After reading all your posts, the way you have criminal intentions, I am sure he will commit suicide, after he is dead you will still keep looking for ways how to enter as widow into matirmonial home.. hehe hehe
