Dear sir,
If during the course of RCR proceedings in court if i get visitation rights from court and after that also if my wife and her parents makes excusses that some one is ill so they cant come to court and keep on making excusses like this then what to do. Then how i will be allowed to see my 7 months old daughter. In visitation rights will court tell my wife to bring my Daughter to court so that i can meet her and is there any specific visits or any time i can go to see my daughter at my inlaws house. Kindly advice i am very desperate to see my daughter as it is more than four months since my wife left home.
