Voice record evidence in divorce/ DV Cases

Dear Sir/Madam,

Does Voice records ( through  Phone calls)  can be a valid proof in Domestic Violence case or Divorce case,

Recording of phone calls are the valid proof in the court it is admissible u/s 65B of indian evidence act as an electronic evidence , if the recording is done in a high quality phone , and the recording is in its original form then it may be admissible in the court.
