voice recorder

Dear Sir,

Please answer me that whether a person statement can be recorded in voice recorder. Is it valid in court? If yes what be the process so that we can record the statement of an elderly person who is unable to go in court (Bed redden).

If he dies, his voice is valid in court or not. So, that we can record his statement in voice recorder.

Waiting for your suggestion.

Ashish.

The testimony of a witness can not be digitally recorded. If he is so infirm to go to the court then pray for appointment of a commissioner by the court to record his deposition.

you kindly file an peition before honb'le court for recording the evidence of person who is bed ridden then the court will appoint the advocate commissioner to record the evidence.

As per  SALEM BAR ASSOCIATION CASE the commisioner has right to record the evidence b way of man scriptt as well as electronic device  .in presence of the advocate commissioner, both the plaintiff and defendants advocates and the respective parties the commissioner can record it and the same has to mention in the commissioner's report.

Regarding to recording of the voice there are so many suprime court judgments supporting the tape recording statments and there are some judgments of suprime court for not supporting the evedence of  recordings of tape recorder
