Learn to write correct English first, don't try to break leg of English. Your marriage cannot be declared void just on the basis of whatever facts you stated here.

@amit kumar either the girl can file for divorce on irretrievable breakdown of marriage or her husband can file a petition for restitution for conjugal rights u/Sec. 9 Hindu Marriage Act.
