waiver of rights deed

Dear members I am required to prepare and get registered a waiver of rights deed in respect of agricultural land situated in Thane district of Maharashtra state. The land is ancestral land. The legal heirs of sister are waiving their right to said land in favour of their maternal uncle. I request you all to enlighten me as to stamp duty aspects in relation to above transaction. Also, it would be of great help if anyone could provide me with sample deed of waiver of rights to ancestral land.
