There is no law.  But you go on convincing her why you want only one child.  Beyond certain limit, if you try to convince which may turn into force, she may violently retaliate.

Rajiv.... it is nice to know you dont want to have another kid even after having first daughter....

Just talk to her and help her realise that these days even daughter's make parents proud... may be she will understand.

My question is if husband wishes to have more than 2 child, and if wife won't agree for it. And during first baby delivery intentionally go for segerion instead of normal delivery to restrict for only 2 babies. If this is the case wat should be the husbands stand, nd how can he fight the case. Wat law says, husband won't have any right to have children as many as he wishes? Please discuss in detail nd share ur views as per law.

Hello Rajiv and Naveen,

The law has already ruined the marital relationship by giving sharp legal swords to husband and wife to fight with each other.

Why should we allow law to further ruin the marital relationship by asking legal procedure to get into the most intimate matters of couple having a child.

This should be resolved only by husband and wife.

In this process, let them fight or argue as much as they want.

Law or any one has no right to interfere here.

Else, the marital relationship will be auctioned in courts and make it much uglier than today.

Hello Rajiv Sir,

Congrats on having a wonderful 2 year old daughter.

Only you can convince your wife or accept to her wish of having another child.

LET US NOT BRING LAW IN BETWEEN A WIFE AND A HUSBAND.

LET US DIVORCE THE LAW FROM THE FAMILY.

Hello Jaya,

You are a woman.

Why do you assume that the wife [the mother of 2 year old daughter] does not like her daughter and want a son?

Rajiv has not mentioned like that anywhere in his query.

What is the crime if a woman wants to have another child?

Thank u Prasad For ur valuable suggestions nd sparing time to reply. Now a days marital things getting too worst then ever, it becoming highly impossible to resolve it without interference of court or outside by sitting together nd discussing matters by positive thinking for better future. It should not be taking revenge or spoiling someone's life for one's own benefit. Educated girls are making men's life miserable to take undue advantage of law nd make money to enjoy without any effort. If I want more than 2 child I have all rights to have it, but if wife denys than how to resolve, husband can't decide based on his wish?

To have one child is highest maturity but wife insist n refusal by husband could mean cruelty for wife. Nice to convince your spouse and lead happy life.
