You need to clear you liability for which you had signed mortgage deed.

Sir,
one of a finance company commited to give me 5lacks loan on a property mortgadge,for which they paid 72k outstanding loan amount for which the property was already mortgadged.
Only one document is creating the confusion..
That is release deed.
this release deed was executed on stamp paper from the person from where i purchased the property.

i have given loan closure letter as release deed is executed on stamp.paper
Rest everything is clear.

now they are denying to give me remaning money

i have also created mortgadge deed for it.

Sir can u suggest me anything..
