Want to file a case against x inlaw and x wife

Please advise me want to file a case against them, we suffered alot with them for false 498a,420, 477,373,all so many sections, they mis use law and my family suffered alot 6 persons ... everyday we cry we approach everyone no one help ,,,, everyone said the girl party is true ... we show so many things then also case booked.. now i want to file a case against them .... my case still going in court .. now want to show them case taste..... they also try the taste of cases and court .... and they also need to suffer. my kind patitionsy everything is over ... this is not fair ... with me and my life ... hope will win case... but want to file against them .,,, help me experts share the scenarios if possible please share the test complaint file copy.. its helps me alot .. thanks,

mere emotional cry.

all that could be understood is that the case is going on. SO you should concenterate on your defence rather then wasting energy pemature idea of taking action against complainanat.

As the criminal case is still going on in the court, there will be no use filling any criminal or civil case against the wife and her parents etc. You have to first clear chit from the court, an acquittal order of all charges levied against you by them. Your filling any cases at this moment will not succeed; rather it will be mere waste of time and money. Real result for the cases including divorce case will come once you are free yourself of the criminal charges.
