does a minor after attaining majority has any right in the self acquired property of his elder brother which was acquired by elder brother when the younger one was  17 yrs(minor) of age. please reply soon with support of law and case laws....its urgent

The younger brother is not entitled to claim self acquired property of his elder brother, only he has right on the self acquired property of his father only

Thanx for your replies seniors...actually it was my moot problem for today's moot court at my college and i was counsel for plaintiff and it gone well.
