A Co. Advertise product with life time warranty in new paper, as per that advertisment customer paid advance to co. by rechage voucher, but at time of delivery/Instalation co. send preprinted contract with six month warranty only, Product is find faulty after six month, now co. asking for visit & defactive part replacement charges, finaly Co. say"s that life time warranty is withdrawn by co. without Informatin to customer.
Can Company do like this, can consumer file suit in consumer court?
