workman compensation Act has been amended and name is changed and it also has enlarged the qualification of the WC/EC Commissioner .
Passing order under this act in the old capacity is legal ? in old Case before Amendment ? after the amendment?
The Government has not made any notification about the EC commissioner ? What will be correct position ?
i request all of our brothers to reply in detail and it is Nation wide problem < it need to file a PIL or not ?
