What are the legal obligations of renting to a nepalese citizen in india? any c form obligation

Are there any FRRO regulations for renting to a nepalese citizen in India? The citizens holding different country visa are required to be reported to FRRO but in my view nepalese are not required visa in India

No, Nepalese citizens do not need a visa to enter India when they travel from Nepal.
