what can i do for myself against dowry and harrssment.

Dear sir I am from small city and i got marriage in 2009. I did FIR in near kotwali and the acts are 498A,3/4,323,504,506.bt police was nt answering me than i did complain in uppolice site n mahila ayog too than After investigation n according to all evidence this FIR found true. And police arrest my brother inlaw( husband's brother. And all family member rum away from homek. Sir plz guide me which types of case i canfile in court. Coz my inlaws went highcourt and want arrest stay bt court given them same judiciary which was given by arnesh kumar from bihar. I donno more abt this arnesh kumar�s justice plz tell m what can i do for me n how to do coz now police is nt giving me any responce nt even do any action against my main culpit mean my husband .. sir his bro's arrest inquiry is nt my future. M feelng helpless n hopeless and m v much tens coz they forced me to tak back my FIR. Plz help me Thanks
