What cases on wife if 406 aquittal

Hi Experts,

Wife has filed 498a along with 406,506 etc.

406 she has said all her streedhan and gifts are taken by husband. Now if husband is able to prove beyond doubt that all the mentioned items are with wife and get fre of 406 charge, what action he can take on wife.

Also all the witnesses who gave false evidences , can they be prosecuted?
