someone lodged a complaint in cyber cell regarding uploading of a phone number on internet due to which the he got misbehaving calls.
the person accused was found and arrested a month before ,a mobile was seized from him and he was let to be on bail on the same day. He got a date from the court on a day approx two months later to the arrest date and the court instructed the police to handover final report on the said upcoming date after two months,
The arrested person was unwillingly involved in the said case. Now for the further perusal of the said case in court , What more documents are required to be kept with him for some assistance/guide for understanding the case with some lawyer?
the person arrested has been provided with 1.A memo of arrest 2. A seizure list of mobile seized from him 3. A surrender slip at the time of bail in court.
he has these 3 abovementioned documents with him...what more documnets is he required to get / keep with him for some further perusal or understanding of the case?
