1.I got married on 26th April 2012, after 2 months of my marriage due to some misunderstanding she left my home and we were separate for 5 months, after 7 months of my marriage some reconcile happened in her home and she agreed to come back to my home. After 10 months of my marriage she delivered a baby girl. Till September 2013 everything was fine. 2. On 23rd Sep 2013, she left my home with my daughter to see her cousins to her parental home but didn't agree to come back. So in 21st Oct 2013 I filed RCR on her in Bangalore family court and mediation is still going on.But her demand is to have separate home. In mediation I didn't agree for that. So on 19th Dec she provoked me to sent vulgar message to her mobile(both sim n mobile is in my name) and after receiving vulgar message from me she has filed 498a against me in nearest police station that I am harassing her mentally on 20th Dec 2013. Finally police called us and i asked her to take back the 498a complaint. But there also she was demanding separate home. But I didn't agree for that and finally FIR is registered on me on 13th Jan 2014. In Police station we produced Anticipatory bail which was ordered on 10th Jan 2014. My Question is: 1. What is the next procedure I need to follow to fight 498a case in court? 2. How long will this 498a case in the court? 3. Will it affect my RCR case? 4. Can I file divorce petition on her?
