If a person is on the charges of 498a and subsequently on BAIL, and he committs suicide while on BAIL. what Happens?

Does case get closed or conviction goes to person providing bail?

The case will proceed against the co-accused.

If there are co-accused - they'd continue to face trial. Surety gets discharged automatically, he need not pay or face trial. !!!

Dear Querist as per your information, the case will be abet against him but not others, if the family members or relatives want to file a criminal case against her and her parents or relatives they have right to file a case for abetment of suecide u/s 306 of IPC

306. Abetment of suicide.-- If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine
