When matter before CAW cell and below que. asked then;
1. I like to know what constitute admit list in CAW? It consist of stridhan which is under husband possession or something else. Should we include stridhan which she has taken or not (including Jewellery given by husband family)
Take: It consist of admission of husband and his side to the List 9complete / partial) admitted by wife before CAW cell.
2. Also ,i have filed a complain in police that she has taken all Jewellery just after marriage and put in her locker (her owns as well as given by us). so should we attach this complain too
Take: If you are not going to admit the List then you are supposed to produce the said Complaint as your sides innocence proof.
3. Should we give admit list to CAW cell or to the court directly ?
Take: When matter before CAW Cell and where the List is admitted / produced there the rebuttal and or admission is given as the matter still before CAW cell.
4. What precaution should we take in admit list as my in laws have bribe the CAW cell officials?
Take: Insist / admit all things under writing / with witness signature of such handing over / taking over.
5. I have only furniture, tv ,utensils and some clothes of her which i am willing to return to her in court .
Take: When matter before CAW cell suggested to prepare list of such items and hire a appropriate road ranger and take them to CAW cell and insist IO to call your wife and or her sides to take them over in "good condition". If IO refuses such application and goods then come out of CAW cell and call 100 No. and request for help. Further if she and or her side refuses to come to CAW cell to receive brought items then ask IO of CAW cell to take them in their possession and hand you a receipt of the same. However, if matter reaches Court ans
she plays same tune then do the same before concerned Court on first available opportunity.
5. But she is also lie saying that all her Jewellery as well car is with me .
Take: That is why S. 498a / 406 IPC is made to facilitate "empty Johnny Walker bottle consumed on reception evening into sealed bottle before CAW cell" hence you have to prove now where the jenny flew last night..........
