Dear all,
I am married and they filed 498 A case.It is purely false case and they used this section as tool to make money from innocent husband.we(my advocate and in-law advocate) had talk to settle the amount and settled the amount as per the condition that they close the case .I have settled all the amount and paid the advocate fees also by thinking that they close all the legal issue.now i got only divorce document the case is still pending.my advocate is just saying this judge will not favour me i will do it once the judge changes.after two month the judge changed now he says the present person is more worst than the previous judge.i know very clearly advocate is trying to cheat me.Please suggest me what to do.
i settled the amount through court only.i have proof for the settlement amount.
