My father cheated court.he got divorce in 2004 in wrong way.he put a wrong address (his rented home) in my mother's address. We didn't receive notice.he only received that notice.so we don't know.that way court has given divorce. Next he got 2nd marriage with divorce. What is section for cheating a court ?
